All Food vendors are allowed one major item to sell; there will be no duplication of items. Each food vendor may sell sodas, water and tea. Direct hook-up to water is limited however; everyone will have direct access to electricity. A 12×12 space fee is $175 for the 2 days. If your set up requires more than 12’ in length, the fee will be $250.
**Please send pictures of your operation and a copy of your ServSafe certificate. Your application will not be considered, if these items are not submitted. There are no exceptions for the ServSafe. If your application is accepted, you will be notified by April 1st and fees will be due by April 8th t. Vendors, from the prior year, are given first chance for approval.
**You must be prepared to remain at the festival until close each night. The safety of our attendees is of utmost importance to us and we cannot put them in danger. No vehicle traffic is allowed inside the grounds during hours of operation.

NOTE – All food vendors may sell sweet tea, so we do not accept a vendor with just sweet tea.
We are not currently accepting any more Lemonade vendors.
Neither the MS Watermelon Festival nor the Mize Volunteer Fire Dept. will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any property or goods.
Vendor agrees to abide by the rules set forth for the conduct of vendors at this festival.
No pets or animals, other than those assisting the handicapped will be allowed. No refunds.
